The work is direct and collaborative. Clients speak to the people responsible for understanding, designing and building the solution — not an account layer separated from delivery. That keeps decisions fast, context intact, and accountability clear.
Being small is deliberate. It means the person you brief is the person who does the work, and the same care runs from the first conversation through to how the thing behaves a year after launch.

We choose technology to fit the problem and the people who'll maintain it — often proven, well-understood tools rather than whatever is currently fashionable. Sometimes that's a fast static build; sometimes it's WordPress or Shopify; sometimes it's custom software. The decision is made on the merits, and the reasoning is written down.
Speed, accessibility and maintainability aren't add-ons at the end. They're built in from the first decision, because they're far cheaper to design in than to retrofit.
