Privacy notice
Last reviewed: 20 July 2026
This notice explains how Pleesys Technology Limited ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to enquiries and run the site.
Who we are
Pleesys Technology Limited is the data controller for personal data collected via this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
Enquiry form
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and any company, website, project details, budget, timeframe and message you choose to share. We use these only to respond to and manage your enquiry.
Server logs
Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in server logs. This is used to operate the site securely and diagnose problems, and is not used to build profiles of visitors.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not use analytics or non-essential cookies, and does not set tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this notice first and use a privacy-respecting approach. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is shown.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Security logging is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider. (CONFIRM specific retention periods with your provider and legal adviser.)
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") to run the website and handle enquiries — for example, our website host and, if configured, a form-delivery or email provider. These providers process data only on our instructions. (CONFIRM your actual hosting and form/email processors here, with links to their privacy terms.)
International transfers
Some processors may store or process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses). (CONFIRM based on the processors you use.)
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete data, where applicable;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- request a copy of your data in a portable format, where applicable.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
